Been taking this about 1 month back, and it has been part of my daily necessity ever since my first packet. Helps with gut issues and at the same time ensures my daily intakes of required servings of fruits and veggies. Always taking it everywhere with me!
Perfect if you want something to help with bowel movements. I eat a lot of veggies but occasionally skip out on it when it’s not in a meal/I don’t cook. I have subscribed to two boxes to give one to my partner who is a reluctant veggie eater. He enjoys the drink and has observed less constipation/diarrhoea! For effects such as skin, I did not notice any but I do not eat it consistently enough.
