Hydr-Aid

I just restocked on Hydr-Aid, I take it 3 times a week typically on my running days. I add it to my 1L water bottle in the morning. I like the natural taste of it as it has no nasty aftertaste due to zero sugars. It's helped me drink more water, feel more refreshed first thing, and perhaps a bit tmi but has helped me with my bowel movements too, never going back to the store-bought stuff! :)

I've tried so many different hydration packs - Liquid IV, Nuun, etc.- but I always found them to be super sugary with a ton of random ingredients. I've been searching for an effective, more natural electrolyte mix with no added sugars, and I'm so happy that Moom created Hydr-Aid! It tastes so good - reminds me of the asian sour plum drink - and it works almost instantly :)

keeps me going for the day! taste is rather salty but hey, it does the work. i really don’t drink much water so this helps - maybe could consider adding some other flavoring to it! but i do mix this with the hormone & fertility support powder and it helps with the taste :-)

Got this as I have a dehydrated body. I just can’t seem to drink enough water for the day so I am gonna add this in everyday on top of my usual drinking amount. Hoping it will help my body to hydrate more.

Easy to dissolve and easy to drink. Could have stronger citrus flavour but that’s a personal preference
