I've been taking Healthy V for almost 3 months now. I wished it worked as it does taste good, however, I don't feel any noticeable difference - the yeast infection still recurs at certain times of the month (it's a pattern in my cycle). Would love a stronger pre/probiotic, completely ok if it's pill form as well.
I've taken other brands' women's pre/probiotic pills and those have worked, just not as easily accessible to me as they're bought overseas.
I'm on my 3rd box of Healthy V. Overall, I can see the improvement in terms of v-odor, lesser discharged (I have discharge everyday & heavy discharge with spotting during ovulation), it is still itchy but manageable & most importantly Healthy V helps me with my period cramps. I experienced light period cramps for the past 2 period cycles (Usually it's really bad cramps every period - MC almost every month). I will definitely continue consuming Healthy V and already bought my 4th box. Hope my review helps my girlies out there. You're not alone <3
For years I have been consistently having issues with BV/ Candidiasis while the Dr is only able to provide a temporary fix by inserting a pill that only lasts 5 days. After that, the same thing would repeat. Fungal/ Yeast forms and produces foul odor and watery discharge. It is so hard to hide the odor! It has been an absolute nightmare where you constantly need to change panties and this kills my confidence day by day.
