What is Club Moom?
Club Moom is a loyalty programme that rewards members with points every time they shop on Moom's official websites! All members can redeem points for a wide variety of items such as Moom products, merch, and discounts. Select members will also have exclusive access to new launches, birthday gifts and sales.
Depending on the Club Moom level, members can earn 1-3 points for every dollar spend. There are also special actions you can take to earn more points such as following us on social media, referring friends and leaving reviews!
How do I join Club Moom?
It’s free to sign up! Just create an account and sign up here. You’ll earn 10 points for just signing up!
Will my Moom points expire and are they transferable?
Moom points will expire after 12 months and be reset! All Moom points are non-transferable. So, remember to redeem your points before they expire!
Can I purchase Moom merch even though I'm not a member of Club Moom?
Unfortunately, no. All Moom merch are exclusively redeemable through Club Moom. Create an account for free today, and join the club!
Are my free Moom products, merch or items refundable or exchangeable?
No, unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any Moom products, merch or items redeemed through Club Moom!
What are my birthday perks?
You will receive 10 points into your Club Moom account if you are a Classic member, 20 points if you are Priority and 30 if you are a Gold member, consider it a small gift from us to you!
Why have I referred a friend but have not receive any points?
To qualify for your referral points, your referred friend needs to create a Club Moom account and make a purchase of min. RM108 too! After their first purchase, you will each receive the referral points directly in to your accounts. For additional questions, feel free to reach us at info@moom.health .
