How should I consume Mellow-Mag?

If I already take Magnesium capsule, can I still take Mellow-Mag?
Yes, it is safe to consume both our Magnesium capsule and Mellow-Mag powder in the same day.
This is a personal preference - one is a powder and one is a tablet! Mellow-Mag does have the added benefit of lemon balm and has been studied to be absorbed faster by the body.
