Digital Community Manager (MY - Full-Time)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on and execution-focused Digital Community Manager to join Moom Health in Malaysia.

This role is for someone who can support and run operations of Moom’s TikTok livestream channels. You’ll manage livestream hosts, coordinate schedules, and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations while supporting the growth of the channel.
Key Responsibilities:

The Digital Community Manager at Moom is best suited for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable working in an operations-heavy role that supports our digital community within Malaysia.

This role is highly operational and requires consistency over creativity.

  • Manage TikTok livestream schedules and coordination with hosts to ensure consistent activity as planned
  • Fully own backend setup for livestreams, including creating and executing of promotions, setting up Livestreams and ‘Yellow Bag’ sequencing
  • Plan and execute TikTok Live promotions based on stock availability and campaign priorities
  • Coordinate product allocation and manage stock availability for livestream operations
  • Drive monthly onboarding of new livestream hosts
  • Track livestream performance and flag issues or gaps to the team
  • Support growth and coordination of TikTok affiliates
  • Manage community event promotion and ticketing on Moom’s website or partner sites
  • Work closely with the growth team to promote any community events or brand activations via email newsletters, ads, or any other relevant channels

Who are you?

You are someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable handling repetitive operational work. You are reliable in follow-ups and communication, and able to manage multiple moving parts at once. You are willing to be on standby to troubleshoot issues with livestreams readily.

You have an interest in TikTok, e-commerce, and are open to learning and growing in this space.


What we’re looking for:
    • 2-3 years of experience in TikTok, e-commerce, or livestream roles.
    • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
    • Commercially aware and interested in growth and performance.

    • Experience working with community or wellness brands.
    • Passion for wellness, community-building, and modern Asian women’s health
