We’re looking for a Content Associate to create short-form content for Moom in Malaysia. This role is focused on filming, editing, and delivering content consistently across Moom’s owned social channels. You will be expected to go on-site, capture content across different locations, and produce content quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

The Content Associate at Moom is best suited for someone who is comfortable creating content consistently and working on the go across different environments.

This role is output-driven and requires speed and consistency. You should be highly attuned to internet trends and able to translate trends into content quickly.

• Film and produce short-form content (TikTok/ Instagram) on a consistent basis
• Travel within KL, or around Malaysia to capture content (partners, lifestyle, outdoor, product use)
• Capture content independently, including planning simple shots and covering key moments
• Edit and deliver ready-to-post content aligned with Moom’s brand
• Work closely with the content team to execute ideas and respond quickly to trends
• Organise and maintain content files for team use
  

Who are you?

• • You are comfortable filming frequently and working in real-world environments.
  • You don’t rely on perfect setups and are able to create content quickly and independently.
  • You are highly active on TikTok and Instagram, and have a strong sense of what works on these platforms. You are able to move fast, adapt, and experiment with content formats.
  • You are reliable with output and able to keep up with a consistent content pace.
  • You are flexible with your schedule and open to occasional evening or weekend work when required for content capture.

What we’re looking for:

• • 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media
  • Strong instinct for TikTok / Reels content
  • Comfortable filming in public and directing simple shoots independently
  • Able to edit quickly (CapCut, InShot or similar)
  • Organised and able to manage multiple content pieces at once
  • Open to travelling around KL / Malaysia for content shoots
    

Practical requirements

• • Able to film content on-site using a phone (and comfortable filming in public settings)
  • Comfortable working during event hours, including weekends when needed (some evenings and weekend support will be required due to the nature of the role).

Bonus if you have:

• • Experience with photography
  • Experience creating content for community or wellness brands.
  • Passion for wellness, community-building, and modern Asian women’s health
