I started taking this because of PCOS, mainly for irregular periods and acne, and it was also recommended by my dermatologist to support my skin. I’ve been using it for around 3 months now. My cycle seems more regular, and my skin is more stable compared to before.

The changes weren’t immediate, and I think it needs time(as stated in product description). Overall, I’d say it’s quite effective so far, and I plan to keep taking it for at least 6 months to see how it goes.

Since taking this, there was no breakout when my period came! My eczema itchy is considerably less, easing my dependence on loratadine. The formulation is also gentle on the stomach. I take it first thing on an empty stomach.

The lemon flavor is really tasty! What a fun way to incorporate supplements - i was getting really sick of all the pills i had to swallow.
