I’ve been on 2-3 sachets of Happy Hormones and got my period the very next day! The flow was surprisingly heavy, which was a big change for me since I usually barely have any flow and only see dark brown spotting. Been using these 3 moom products (HH, M/B, D/B) since April and I can say that HH has been a true lifesaver. While my periods are regular, its been a bit more controlled - my flow is way more normal and I don't even feel that lethargy as much anymore during that time of the month. I can work out as usual. While M/B has helped me feel less of a craving for sweet stuff, I haven't quite seen a difference yet in my body - hoping it works soon!
