The Country Manager for Malaysia will be responsible for driving the overall growth and success of the brand in the country. You will oversee revenue generation, marketing and sales, strategic partnerships, and community engagement to establish a strong brand presence in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead marketing and sales efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and retailers.
- Foster and grow a local community of brand advocates, promoting customer engagement.
- Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to adapt the brand for the local market.
- Conduct market analysis and stay ahead of industry trends to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in country management, business development, or sales, preferably in the consumer goods or wellness industry.
- Experience working in consumer brands, ideally in the health and wellness, beauty, or supplements space.
- Experience in marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of the Malaysia market.
- Knowledge of the supplements industry or health-related products is a significant advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
