Location: Moom Health Warehouse and Office SG (Bukit Merah) 

Position Overview:
The Warehouse and Office Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both administrative and warehouse functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask, manage inventory, assist with logistical tasks, and support office operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and able to contribute to both the office and warehouse environments to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks, data entry, and ensuring proper labeling and organization of products.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Assist in the receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments. Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is well-organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations. Optimize storage space and layout for maximum efficiency.
  • Material Handling: Handle inventory and warehouse items for loading and unloading materials and products.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain awareness of safety hazards in the warehouse, reporting any unsafe conditions.

Office Operations

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments and co-founders, including handling emails, managing office supplies and requirements, and tending to ad-hoc requests from founders and leadership team. 
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and operational activities.
  • Data Entry: Input data into inventory management systems, ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in coordinating schedules for shipments, deliveries, and other office-related activities.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Office Manager, and other team members to ensure alignment between warehouse operations and office administrative functions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline both warehouse and office operations. Assist in implementing process enhancements and best practices.
  • Ad hoc tasks: Provide support for special projects and other tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or office administration role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry inventory, and to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse activities (e.g., bending, lifting, walking).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve issues in both office and warehouse settings.
