As Modern Trade Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by managing retail partnerships and channel relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our retail presence and ensuring the success of our products in stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue goals by optimising product placement, promotions, and partnerships in modern trade channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and key accounts, including large chain stores and pharmacies.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to drive sales growth and improve channel performance.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance across channels, implementing initiatives to increase revenue and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns in stores.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the brand's retail footprint and improve in-store customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in modern trade management or retail account management for a consumer brand is essential.
  • Experience working with health, wellness, or supplements brands is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage key accounts.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of retail dynamics, particularly within the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
