As Senior Brand & Community Manager, you will play a key role in executing initiatives to grow the brand and develop an engaged community, all while driving revenue impact. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with our audience, fostering brand loyalty, and developing platforms that directly contribute to the company’s growth- in Singapore and beyond. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute brand initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and representation.
  • Develop and manage community engagement strategies, including events, social media interactions, and ambassador/influencer programs, to foster customer relationships.
  • Create and execute content and experiences that resonate with our target audience, including partnerships with influencers and local communities.
  • Monitor and analyse community growth, engagement metrics, and feedback to optimise and tailor future campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all platforms.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging community management techniques to implement innovative engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management, brand building, or related roles, ideally within the health, wellness, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for community engagement and brand growth.
  • Ability to think strategically about brand positioning and community growth while executing on tactical plans.
  • Dynamic and personable professional with extensive experience in brand representation 
  • Experience working in and with consumer brands in previous roles in SEA
