As Marketing Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the setup and execution of digital marketing campaigns and other digital platforms. You will work closely with the Growth team to ensure campaigns are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and promotional content across various platforms.
  • Manage marketplace listings and marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
  • Coordinate the launch of digital campaigns, ensuring all elements (email, social media, ads, and marketplaces) are aligned and executed on time.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns, analysing data to optimise for better engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, and e-commerce platforms).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, digital marketing management tools, and marketplace platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and suggest improvements.
